Our Partners

We partner with local nonprofits whose missions align with our values. Through these partnerships, we volunteer our time, lend our support at fundraising events, and contribute financially when we can. Together, we aim to amplify their impact and help move their missions forward.

Partner Spotlight: Jubilee Women’s Center

Jubilee Women’s Center supports women experiencing poverty in building stable and fulfilling futures—one extraordinary woman at a time. Rooted in the belief that all women deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, Jubilee offers housing, programs, and services that empower women to create positive life change.

The SHE is proud to partner with Jubilee by showing up in both hands-on and heart-led ways. Together, we’ve helped clean and restore a transitional residence, prepared and shared meals with the women living there, and participated in their annual benefit to help raise vital funds for the organization. It’s an honor to support their mission and the women they serve.

“To the wonderful women of SHE, I can’t thank you enough for all the time and resources you’ve invested in Jubilee! You literally made our dreams for 612 House come true. More women exiting homelessness now have a safe and beautiful home thanks to you.”
– Liz Jarrard, Executive Director of Jubilee

Partner Spotlight:

Fred Hutch Oblideride Fundraiser

In the summer of 2025, 💛The SHE💛 rallied behind Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center, a world-renowned research institute dedicated to preventing, treating, and ultimately curing cancer. Fred Hutch’s scientists and clinicians are at the forefront of groundbreaking research, bringing hope and life-saving advances to people everywhere.

Our decision to join Obliteride, Fred Hutch’s annual fundraising event, was deeply personal. We lost a dear friend—a beloved community member, mother, and wife—far too young. So, we decided to do what we could to help cure cancer faster, raising funds for the organization doing the critical work. We walked in memory of those we’ve lost, and for those who continue to fight.

Held on August 8-9, 2025, Obliteride brought thousands together to walk, run, or ride to fund lifesaving cancer research. 💛The SHE💛 set an ambitious goal: raise $10,000 for Fred Hutch.

To get there, we hosted multiple community-building fundraising events, including:

  • A Barre3 Ballard donation class

  • A Solidcore Ballard donation class

  • Group walks at Discovery Park

  • Pop-up sales and neighborhood outreach

  • Personal fundraising outreach to friends, family, and networks

Thanks to the generosity of our members, friends, and community partners, we not only reached our goal—we exceeded it, raising $10,950. Every dollar went directly to Fred Hutch to accelerate cancer research and support patients and families impacted by this disease.

HUGE Thanks to our sponsors that helped make our fundraising dreams come true!
